What is the difference between Personal and Commercial license?

The personal licenses belongs to the individual who bought the license, and thus cannot be reimbursed/expensed by the company.
The commercial license belongs to the company of the individual and can be expensed to the company.

Can I use a personal license for commercial use?

Yes, you can use the personal license for commercial use.
Please note the personal license is the property of the licensee and as such it cannot be transferred to any other user. Only the owner of the license can renew a personal license, using their personal credit card.

Is Chronon licensed on a per-user basis?

Yes.
You must purchase a license for every developer who uses Chronon.

I use multiple computers. Will a single license do?

Yes.
You only need a different license for different people who will be using Chronon.

Is the Chronon Recording Server licensed and priced differently from the Chronon Time Traveling Debugger

Yes.

If my current computer breaks down or I decide to replace my computer, can I continue using my Chronon license on it?

Yes, in case you entirely replace your computer on which you were using Chronon, you can continue using the same license.

Are updates and support free?

Yes.
As long as your subscription of Chronon is valid you can keep updating it and we will keep providing you support.

Can I continue to use the products contained within a subscription if the subscription expires and I choose not to renew?

No.
You can use Chronon only as long as you have an active subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes.

What shall I receive after payment?

After your purchase you will instantly receive an email containing the license file to use with Chronon.

I want to sell my Chronon software license. Is it transferable?

No.
hen a customer purchases a software license, the software is registered for the customer’s name. Once registered, this software cannot be transferred to a third party. Chronon Systems provides technical support only for original customers.

Why was my credit card declined during the payment process?

We make our on-line software sales via our payment processor Cleverbridge. It has its own fraud shield system to prevent credit card fraud in the Internet. Probably, your credit card was defined as insecure for any reason and as a result was declined.
If you’re sure that there are enough funds on your credit card and you have entered your personal information correctly, you should contact us directly at [email protected]. We will endeavor to help you as soon as possible.

What about your Return and Refund Policy?

We admit that our customers are interested in getting well-described purchase information. Therefore, we recommend you to take advantage of our free 30 day evaluation license. We also encourage you to explore product pages of our website to obtain comprehensive information about any product.

We’re sorry, but we cannot give a refund for the following reasons:

  • Your computer doesn’t meet the minimal system requirements.
  • You changed your mind after you had purchased the product.
